Katy Perry has been warned

Thursday October 15,2009

THE woman at the centre of the controversial Sachsgate scandal says that lothario Russell Brand will break new girlfriend Katy Perry’s heart.

Fellow Brit Georgina Baillie, who is an ex of the snake-hipped comedian, has spoken out about the blossoming romance between Brand, 34, and American singer Katy, 24, in a US magazine and has blasted Brand for being a womaniser.

The new couple got together after Brand hosted the VMA Awards in New York last month. The pair went public last week and were seen holding hands during Paris Fashion Week with Brand admitting: “I think I’m in love.” His previous relationship was with Hollywood actress Teresa Palmer.

But Georgina, 23, who se relationship with the comedian became the subject of a sleazy phone call to her grandfather, Fawlty Towers actor Andrew Sachs, on Brand’s Radio 2 show resulting in Brand quitting his £250,000 a year job, has some warning words for the I Kissed A Girl singer. “Everyone knows you don’t date Russell Brand seriously,” Georgina, who works as a burlesque dancer called Voluptua, tells Life & Style magazine.

“Russell likes the idea of having a serious relationship but when you’ve got all these different flavours of ice cream offered to you on a plate, you’re not going to stick with vanilla, are you? I don’t think that Russell is capable of monogamy.”

And Georgina isn’t the only one with her claws out as, earlier this week, Katy’s former boyfriend Travis McCoy reportedly stamped his feet.

A pal of the former Gym Class Heroes singer said that he still carries a torch for Katy and thinks her relationship with Brand will “go under due to Russell’s philandering”. Could the same be said for Miss Baillie?
